MatchPint and Diageo are back with the newest iteration of the Guinness Pint Predictor, where fans can play to win prizes redeemable in your pub.
This game forms the basis of our autumn rugby campaign. You have the opportunity to take part in this. Read on to find out how it works and what the benefit to your pub will be.
Fans can win a free pint of Guinness in three ways:
The campaign will drive more footfall into your pubs outside of the times we know you’ll already be busy - during the Rugby World Cup, 98% of free pints were claimed midweek.
On top of this, we’ll also be running the ‘Guinness Time Quiz’ every Thursday. Fans answer 10 rugby questions to win a free pint of Guinness (only redeemable in participating pubs that evening), thus driving further footfall on traditionally quieter days.
As well as delighting sports fans, our autumn rugby campaign boasts the following benefits for pubs who opt in to take part.
Reimbursement for free pints redeemed in your pub will come from MatchPint’s A&P pot with Diageo rather than your own, meaning bonus marketing money.
You’ll be reimbursed €3.69 + VAT for any free pints given away, which you’ll receive at the end of the campaign.
The campaign will run for the final rounds of the Six Nations 2020 and the Autumn Internationals, from 24th October - 11th December.
